Menstral Health

We believe that understanding your body is the first step toward health, confidence, and dignity. Our Menstrual Health Education programs are designed to break the silence and stigma surrounding menstruation, providing clear, factual guidance to young girls and women across Kenya. Led by our compassionate nursing professionals, these community-focused sessions cover everything from tracking menstrual cycles and identifying normal versus abnormal symptoms (like severe pain or heavy bleeding) to proper menstrual hygiene management and reproductive health basics. By equipping individuals with accurate medical knowledge and distributing safe hygiene resources, we don’t just teach reproductive health we empower women to take control of their bodies, stay comfortably in school or work, and thrive without shame.
